1. Order Questions:

 

Q. How do I place an order with Motors Miniatures?

 

A. Confirm the basket and follow the instructions. Finally, you can choose your payment method.

For example, if you choose to have your order delivered by Mondial Relay, you will be able to choose the delivery point after you have paid for your order. If you have any problems with this choice, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Finally, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Don't forget that if you are shipping to a country outside the EU, customs duties will apply!

 

 

Q. Is there a "collect & go" system?

 

A. Yes, you can order online and pick up at Chemin des pèlerins 1C 5504 Foy-notre-dame by appointment only.

Q. What should I do if online payment for my order fails or is declined?

Q. Can out-of-stock items be ordered from Motors Miniatures?

 

A. Sold out items cannot be ordered. However, if you are looking for a specific model that is not listed on the website, you can contact us to request it.

A. Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, Ideal, credit card and bank transfer. Payments are made through a secure platform, except for bank transfers where you will need to go through your bank.
