How do I place an order with Motors Miniatures ?

Confirm your cart and follow the instructions. Finally, you can choose your payment method.

If you choose to have your order delivered to a Mondial Relay for example, you will be able to choose the relay point after having payment of your order. If you encounter a problem with this choice, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Finally, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed

Is there a 'collect & go' system?

Yes, you can order online and collect from Chemin des pèlerins 1C 5504 Foy-notre-dame, by appointment only.

Do I need a customer account to order online ?

No, you do not need to have an account in order to purchase from our shop.

What should I do if the online payment for my order has failed or been refused ?

First of all, check that the bank details you have entered are correct, that your browser is up to date and that you have authorisation from your bank to make online payments.If, despite everything, you are unable to make the payment you can contact us by e-mail, contact form, chat or messenger, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long do I have to wait to receive confirmation of my order ?

24 hours maximum, remember to check your spam box.

Can I still change an order that has already been paid for ?

Once payment has been made, your order cannot be modified.

We prefer these methods of contact for reasons of ease of processing.

Can out-of-stock items be ordered from Motors Miniatures ?

Items that are out of stock cannot be ordered. However, specific models that you are looking for and that do not appear on the site can be requested by contacting us.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order ?

Paypal, Google pay, Amazon pay, bancontact, ideal, Amex, Union pay, shop, credit card and bank transfer.

Payments are made via a secure platform,
except for bank transfers, for which you need to go through your bank.

What happens if I'm not at home when my parcel is delivered ?

You can specify a safe place to drop off your parcel or an alternative depot, or to have it delivered to a relay point.

What are the conditions for returning an item ?

You can return an item in its original condition if:

  • You received an incorrect or inappropriate item

Can I return an item bought on special offer or on sale at Motors Miniatures ?

For items purchased on special offer or sale, the return conditions do not apply, except in the event of an error on the part of Motors Miniatures.

How does a parcel return work ?

When will my returned item be refunded ?

As soon as we receive the item, we'll check its condition and make the refund directly to the card or account with which the payment was made.

Depending on the method of payment, the refund will be made within 14 working days.
