You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. The date on which the cancellation request is sent is decisive. We will not accept returns after this period.

If you decide to send your return by a relay point, please indicate this when you make your request so that we can send you the relay point of our choice.

You will receive a refund of the total price of your order, excluding the cost of return postage, within 14 working days of us receiving your package.
