Care and Maintenance

To clean your model, use a soft, non-abrasive microfibre cloth to avoid scratches and to remove dust when dry. Finally, you can use a fine, soft brush to reach the finest details (including the interior for those with openings).

It can happen that you drop your model or that a pane of glass comes loose. Make sure you use a glue suitable for the material you are using. There are also special glues for windows.

Exposure

Avoid exposing models, especially those made of resin, to direct sunlight.

To admire your collection, a nice glass shelf is perfect and practical to reduce dust. Of course, other places will do just as well.

If you decide to store them in a box or similar, make sure they are not stacked on top of each other to protect them from scratches or other damage.

Delivery and returns

You can choose between three carriers. DPD, Bpost (Belgian Post Office) and Mondial Relay.

Parcels are prepared and delivered within 48 hours of your order, except on weekends and public holidays.
